It is ideal after lightening or to refresh blonde tones for even, blended results. Shimmer Lights Permanent Cream Toner comes in 3 shades: Smoky Pearl, Platinum Ice, and Cool Beige. 

• Mixing ratio 1:2
• Apply to towel-dried hair, focusing on the areas that need the most toning 
• Gently comb through the ends with a large comb
• Process for 15-30 minutes, checking every 5 minutes until desired tone is achieved.  
• No heat needed
• When happy with the tone, rinse, shampoo, and condition
